Cece provides the organizational leadership, strategic planning, and guides the Toolbox Studios team for idea-driven solutions for our clients. Bless her, it’s like herding cats.
Born and raised in Illinois, Smith attended Illinois State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Administration (BA) in Organizational Design with a minor in Business Administration. She began her professional career at Procter and Gamble embarking on ten years of highly specialized experience in sales management, marketing, organizational design, and strategic planning for the global consumer goods company.
In 2015, Cece purchased Toolbox Studios, a longtime award-winning branding and design agency. Combining the strengths of marketing and strategic planning with Toolbox’s creative insight has proven to be the right move for our clients.
Having an altruistic spirit, Cece gives back to the community in numerous capacities as either a leader, board member, or member: Assumption Seminary (Board of Directors 2016 – current); Merced Housing Texas, (Board of Directors, current); San Antonio Chamber of Commerce (Appointment and a member of the Board of Directors); National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) member and NAWBO President 2017-18.
